DESCRIPTION

Jason Connell, Executive Director of Ignited Leadership, was touring the country showing college students how to get involved with service in the third world, when he noticed something strange: most student leadership programs were failing. They failed to connect students and they failed to leave an enduring impact on students' lives. Connell spent three years studying, testing, and tracking data with thousands of students from across North America learning how to build a better student leadership program. Connell has consulted for the administration of dozens of schools and trained students from over 200 schools in four countries. In this webcast, Connell will discuss the findings from this three years of practice research. More importantly, he will share low-cost, high-impact strategies that you can use to help turn your students into effective modern leaders who change themselves, their campus, their country, and ultimately, our wider global community.
