Completing a Performance Report in

HRSA Electronic Handbook

Step 1

• Go to the HRSA EHB website

• https://grants.hrsa.gov/webexternal/login.asp

Step 2

• Click on Work on My Noncompeting Application

Step 3

• Open Grant Handbook

Step 4

• Click on “Performance Reports”

Step 5

• On the bottom, click on “Start Report”

Step 6

• You now have the choice of copying the most recent data submitted.

• Select Application Year 2010

Step 7

• All the required forms that must be completed will appear

Step 8

• Recommend attending the DGIS Training before continuing
