Previous Work

The NJTPA is seeking consultant support to:

1) Develop the Borough of Keyport’s Complete Streets Policy and Implementation Plan

2) Draft a Complete Streets ordinance, and

3) Engage public and stakeholders to build support for Complete Streets projects

Borough of Keyport RFP

• The consultant effort is expected to start in December 2019.

• Project to be completed within 12 months of commencement.

• Task 1: Review existing policies, guidelines and plans

• Task 2: Draft Complete Streets Policy, ordinance and guidelines

3) Draft land use, design, mobility, parking, and other regulations and policies, and

4) Advance the work of regional, county, and state entities that support economic growth in the Borough.

• Follow-up questions must be submitted in writing to the Project Manager, with a copy to the Director of Environmental and Sustainability Planning and Senior Director of Finance and Administration
