Founded in Genoa in 1895, Coeclerici Group is a leading international operator for the supply of integrated and innovative services for the power and iron and steel industries. Coeclerici operates through a Trading division dealing in raw materials such as coal, anthracite, coke and iron ore; a Logistics division specialized in international offshore logistics for raw materials, providing transhipping, coastal shipping and port logistics services; a Mining division which owns its own mines and a Shipping division servicing the Trading division with time-charter vessels.

•2005 - Second contract: Kaltim Prima Coal – Coeclerici brings to Indonesia the first Floating Transfer Station called Bulk Pioneer •2009 - Third contract: Berau Coal – Coeclerici Implements the design of the first succesfull FTS and delivers Bulk Java

•2011 - Forth/Fifth/Sixth contract again with Berau Coal delivering to Indonesia Bulk Borneo, Bulk Celebes and Bulk Sumatra
