COCIDO BOYACENSE

INGREDIENTS

1 chicken or 1 pound of

chicken

1 kilo fleshy bone pork, low

fat chopped into pieces

1 kilo rib of beef, cut

into pieces

1 pound sausage or chorizo cut

into diagonal pieces

1 kilo and 1/2 small washed

savanera potatoes

4 corns, cut into pieces

1 pound of hibias

1 pound ofcubios

1 pound chuguas

1 pound peel beans

1 pound of peas

1/2 pound of shelled peas

200 g choppedJunca onion

200 g chopped tomato

200 g chopped onions

3 cut garlic

Cocido boyacense is a typical dish in Boyaca,Colombia Its origin comes from Spanish established in Colombia at colony time. This fact was based on pork, beef, chicken and tubers like turnips, hibias, beans and corn.
