Overview• The programme is held over three days as separate

There is time for delegates to work on their own specific

work problems under supervision, with the CDDC tools during the workshop.

• Understanding your current needs. • The key to improved work and home life

balance. • Releasing stress and improving the health of

your physiology. • Developing an effortless posture and

effortless action.

• Become more balanced, more creative and more resourceful within yourself.

• Understand how your physiology self-repairs and learn powerful techniques to enhance that self-healing process.

• Learn how your physical structure can become more at ease in your daily activities,

• The whole day will result in you gaining significant health benefits.

• The postural benefits can be applied at work, whilst driving, at home and during leisure/ sporting activities.

• The CDDC techniques bring about mind / body integration which results in healthier physiology and clearer thinking.

Day 2: Creative Dynamics and the workplace environment

• Creative Dynamics and problem solving

techniques. • Solving personnel issues. • Conflict resolution. • Seeing the bigger picture - expanded

awareness.

Day 2: Creative Dynamics and the workplace environment

• We learn how to use Creative Dynamics to resolve tension issues and allow solutions to be expressed.

• Later we look at fundamentals of how tension develops between colleagues and becomes detrimental in the workplace, and how to reverse this process.

• We then learn new ways to see the bigger picture - an essential part of developing creative thinking.

time • Our drivers • A unique approach to goal setting • Reflections on the entire three days and

working on individual situations

• How we relate to time. – This will teach you how to be less rushed in your

thinking and how to use your time more effectively.

• What drives your personal actions.• Unique and powerful approaches to goal

setting. • How to implement what you have learned for
