FLOOR AND 2ND FLOOR WHICH RUN PERPENDICULARLY CONNECTING ELECTRICAL,SEWEAGE,AC DUCT OF EACH ROOM IT WAS EXACTLY BELOW THE 2ND FLOOR

THE HEIGHT OF THE SERVICE FLOOR WAS ABOUT 2.4m BESIDE WHICH A SMALL PARTY BANQUET AND A LADIES STAFF ROOM ON EITHER SIDE OF THE SERVICE ROOM

LIFTS 2 lifts were provided for vertical transportation 1 for lodgers and 1 as service liftSERVICE DUCTA service duct was given as an vertical duct for ventilation and for sewage connection , water supply for toilets and cables

STRUCTURAL FEATURES STRUCTURE WAS COMPLETELY FRAME STRUCTURE GUESTROOMS WERE RUNNING ONE NEXT ANOTHER IN A L SHAPE IF HOTEL IS CUT DIAGONALLY AND FOLDED IT COMPLETELY OVERLAPSE HENCE IT

IS SYMMETRICAL A STRUCTURE WAS COMPLETELY A RCC COMPLEX AND BRICK WALL WERE USED

FOR PARTITION

VERLI MURALS WERE DONE ON SERVICE FLOOR ELEVATION

AT THE EXTERIOR ELEVATION STEPED FOUNTAIN WAS GIVEN INFRONT OF OUTDOOR SEATING AT 1ST FLOOR LEVEL

A COLOURED IRON PIPES WERE PROVIDED AT THE EXTERIOR ELEVATION ABOVE PARKING

PAINTINGS WERE PROVIDED AT STAIRS,BAR AND RESTURANT PLACES AND AT GUESTROOMS

SCULPTURES WERE GIVEN AT CORRIDORS

AQUARIUM WAS PROVIDED NEAR PARKING AT SERVICE STAIRS

COMPOUNDS WERE DECORATED

MERITS BANQUET HALL WAS SPACIOUS AND

BEAUTIFUL SCULPTURES WERE KEPT WHICH WERE PLEASING TO EYES

GOOD LIGHT AND VENTILATED BALCONIES AND WAITING

ROOMS WERE DESGINED TO ACHIEVE MAXIUM THERMAL COMFORTS

KITCHEN WAS GOOD LIT AND VENTILATED

FOUNTAIN WAS PLEASING DURING NIGHT OUTDOOR DINNER

MATERIAL WASTE WAS HIGHLY REDUCED BY USING THEM OVER PARKING AS A CAP FOR SHADOW OF IRON PIPES AND ALSO AT MANY OTHER PLACES

MAXIMUM VEGETATION WAS PROVIDED

DEMERITSPASSAGE TO OFFICE DOESNOT HAVE CORRECT CIRCULATIONNO RAILING WAS PROVIDED FOR SAFETY AT STAIRCASE SERVICE FOR CONFERNCE HALL WAS THROUGH WINDOW PASSAGE TO RESTURANT WAS ONLY 0.75m WIDE A COLOURED AND LIGHTNED UMBRELLA WAS PROVIDED AS JHUMAR WHICH SPOILED THE BEAUTY OF LOBBYBALCONIES WERE STEPPED AND PROJECTED WHICH GAVE A UNPLEASANT FEELINGRESTURANT WAS NATURAL LIGHT OBSTRUCTED THERE WAS NO PARTITION GIVEN BETWEEN THE DINING AND WAITING IN THE RESTURANT
