Monday, the ShepherdstownPlanningCommission held apublic hearing for four separateissues inwhich none of themcontinued on to the next phaseof a first reading.

In a public hearing set outto address areas of the townordinance in need of revisions,

commissioners tabled a pro-posed amendment on erosioncontrol and stream protection;took no action on revisionsmade to the fence ordinanceand changes related to historicpreservation; and referredshort-term rental housingamendments to a committee.
