TEMPORARY COLOURS

Coloured mousse, coloured setting lotions, coloured hair mascara and coloured sprays.

Used for one off temporary effect Contain large colour molecules that sit on

the cuticle not entering the cortex Applied to wet or dry hair, styled as

normal and washed out same day.

SEMI PERMANENT COLOURS

Longer lasting than Temporary Colours. Covers up to 30% of grey hair. Advantage of both colouring and

conditioning the hair. Applied to wet shampooed hair. Lasts for 4-8 shampoos. Slightly smaller molecules than

temporary Colours that sit on the cuticles therefore taking longer to wash out.

When development time has been reached, rinse and condition.

QUASI PERMANENT COLOURS

Quasi’s are in between Semi and Permanent Colouring.

Mixed with a very low strength of Hydrogen Peroxide. 1.9% & 4%

Applied to wet or dry hair. Lasts for between 18-24 shampoos Contain a mixture of large and small colour

molecules. The smaller ones penetrating the cuticle, sitting just inside the cortex.

Same depth, changing tone and darker colouring

Does not lift hair!

QUASI PERMANENT COLOURS

When applied to washed hair, rinse and condition as normal.

When applied to dry hair shampoo and condition as normal.

PERMANENT COLOURS

Permanent with possible fading. Mixed with Hydrogen Peroxide ranging

from 10vol to 40vol depending on colour result and base shade you are working on.

Applied to dry clean hair. Contain small colour molecules that

penetrate the cuticle and swell to become trapped in the cortex.

Can lighten hair up to 3 shades, covers 100% white

PERMANENT COLOURS

After development time, remove by rinsing and shampooing twice, then finish with an anti oxy conditioner to close down the cuticle scales.

All Quasi and Permanent Colours require a skin test 24 - 48 hours prior to process.

Always use your PPE. Always follow manufacturers Instructions

and Guidelines.
