• When a search returns 5000 or fewer total records, you can choose to remove duplicate records that may be included in your result set. • If you have results from more than one database, a pop-up window will prompt you to choose priority preferences. Choose as first priority the database from which you want to retain records. Duplicates will be removed from other databases. If duplicate records occur within a single database, they will also be removed. • To use this feature, click the Remove Duplicates button.

• When the duplicates have been removed, the number of records remaining in each database is displayed in a column to the right of the original number. The records from the first listed database are displayed below this. To view records from the other database(s), click on the blue right arrow beside the number of records remaining.
