Successes so far

• All 63 graduate roles filled by February - time to hire reduced by a minimum of 2 months

• 178 Business hours saved on telephone interviews compared to 2013/2014 campaign

• 116 less candidates at AC compared to 2012/2013, cost saving of approximately £20,000 in candidate

expenses, lunches and external venue charges

• Increased quality at assessment centre resulting in direct hire offers in hard to fill areas of Technology

• Shortlisted for High Fliers 2014 Best Graduate website award and Recruiter awards, Best Graduate

Strategy

• Kingston University Award recognition – Best Employer Contribution 2014 for the on-campus assessment

• Climbed 48 places in Guardian UK 300, now #41
