22/01/2014 (Wednesday) , 2pm –4pm. Arts & Crafts ( Catered to the client’s request )

25/01/2014 (Friday), 1pm – 3pmPentanque Training

Venue : Clementi Hard Court

• Coloured Paper ( x2 packets )

• Red Packets ( x 100 pieces )

• Chocolates Coins ( x 2 packets )

• Glue Stick(x4)• Scissors(x6)• Stapler(x4)• Tape (x1)

Activities Expected timing

Introduction + Ice Breaking 2pm – 2:15pm

Fortune Fish Making 2:15pm – 2:30pm

Simple Lantern Making 2:30pm – 3:00pm

Dance/Singing Event + Tea Break 3:00pm – 3:45pm

Distribution of Red Packets + Farewell 3:45pm – 4:00pm

1) Before Implementation:

i. Hard time finding beneficiaries.

ii. Waiting duration of email replies were very long and draggy.

iii. Many things went unplanned e.g. We did not carry out our first plan.

2) During the implementation:

i. Teamwork is the key to success.

ii. Carrying out individual responsibility is important.

iii. There is a need to adapt to the situation.

Difficulties :

- Clients had short attention span and cannot

well

- Didn’t know what to expect from the clients

1. Being rejected multiple times by beneficiaries
