1) Before Implementation:

i. Hard time finding beneficiaries.

ii. Waiting duration of email replies were very long and draggy.

iii. Many things went unplanned e.g. We did not carry out our first plan.

2) During the implementation:

i. Teamwork is the key to success.

ii. Carrying out individual responsibility is important.

iii. There is a need to adapt to the situation.

Things learnt:

1) Learn how to deal with people with special needs

2) How to source for activities

3) Became more patient

Difficulties :

- Clients had short attention span and cannot

well
