Read Ingredients

Educate yourself about the ingredients you are

reading!!

1. Hydrogenated Oils

Find an exercise you enjoy and will do for at least 20 minutes

per day.

80% of what you drink is water

The foods you eat Daily:75% Fruits and Veggies

10% Meat and Dairy10% Grains

5% Fats

SLEEP!!!!

Very very very important. Your body needs that time to recoup. This can greatly affect your health.

7-9 hours per night- of good, deep sleep

Get rid of Stress

Nicknamed- Silent killer

Can affect weight loss attempts

ALL AROUND BAD!

HOW? Exercise Take time for yourself Change jobs/careers if they are too stressful Routines, lists, and schedules do help

BREATHE!!!

Sounds funny, but many people are not doing this correctly which has an effect on the oxygen level in your blood.

Take some time every day to take some deep breaths.

SMILE!!!!

Smiling will do wonders for your mood

Will relieve stress

Will make you feel good

A hug along with a smile is even better!
