Please find enclosed herewith a proposal along with agreement, Route Maps andAnnexure in six Copies for grant of permission from Reserve Forest as asked and alsoNo Objection Certificate for Dev Salt Private Limited in Reserved Forest in villageBagasra I Haripar in Maliya Taluka of Morbi District.

Mis. Dev Salt Private Limited (DSPL) is planning to develop Private Jetty in Morbi Dist,The site is located in Hansthal creek, Gulf of Kutch Gujarat, The promoter has a vision todevelop infrastructure in this location for the purpose of handling salt and othercommodities.

The proposed project by DSPL does not have any other alternative route except to usethe proposed route.

It is not possible to get land for the proposed project other than land of ForestDepartment.

Considering the above you are requested to grant the permission for the above works atthe earliest and oblige.
