ZwZ comes to Jabal OmarA new Zaatar w Zeit outlet opened in Jabal Omar, Mecca on 2nd of January among much fanfare. The outlet is located across from Zein on the C2 floor of the Hyatt Regency.

Another new Zaatar w Zeit outlet launched in KSA, this time on Takhasousi Street, next to King Faisal Hospital in Riyadh’s Maathar district. The opening took place on 23rd of January in the presence of a joyous crowd.

FOCUS BRANDS EUMEA REGIONAL MEETINGThe Cravia team had the incredible opportunity to network with brands from all over the world at a conference hosted by EUMEA Focus Brands in Turkey from 19th – 22nd of February.

The conference was a great way to exchange ideas with international entities and shed light on Cravia’s work with its F&B brands.

PISTACHIO-FLAVOURED TREATS COME TO CINANBONCinnabon started serving two new limited-edition items, namely the Pistachio Minibon and the Pistachio Chillata, starting 1st February. The delicious new products were introduced as a celebration of the spring season and will be available till the end of June for both dine-in and delivery.

CINNABON EVENTSTeam Cinnabon has been on an events spree across Dubai lately! From a five-day kiosk during Dubai Food Festival with games and entertainment at Deira City Centre, to the famous rolling & baking workshops at Mercato Mall and Marina Mall respectively. They just love spreading the sweetness around!

ZAATAR W ZEIT’S NEW CHOCO BOOM!February saw the Zaatar w Zeit menu expand and add a whole new flavour to their famous Flavorful Booms series, and this time, it’s sweet! Presenting the Choco Boom, a limited-edition delight of a chocolate biscuit patty topped with melted mozzarella, peanut butter, Nutella, and nuts all wrapped in a freshly-baked bun that’s garnished with coconut shavings and chocolate chips, and served with a side of chocolate sauce.

• The Green: Irresistible roasted chicken with a special house Caesar sauce topped with crunchy beef bacon bits, lettuce, rocket leaves, and parmesan cheese all wrapped in a green flatbread

• Hummus & Avocado: Zaatar w Zeit’s signature hummus on green flatbread with chili spread that’s topped with avocado, tomato, olive oil, basil, and a mix of grilled eggplant, bell pepper, and sesame seeds

• Lentilicious Salad: A freshly chopped parsley mix with lentils, cherry tomatoes, radish, edamame, and dried cranberries all seasoned with cumin pepper and served with Zaatar w Zeit’s unique tomato lemon dressing

• Guilt-Free ‘Keh Salad: Nutritious roasted green wheat, traditionally known as freekeh, mixed with rocket leaves, purslane, shredded beetroot, fresh thyme, chopped mint, roasted pumpkin seeds and served with Zaatar w Zeit’s special honey balsamic dressing

ZAATAR W ZEIT AT THE FOOD FESTZaatar w Zeit had the incredible opportunity of representing Cravia at the Dubai Food Festival from 21st of February – 9th of March. Among a plethora of impressive food concepts and outlets, ZwZ was proud to have its set of fans show up day after day for the following activities:

• Springs Souk: Samplings of healthy wraps, salads, and Boost Shots were served at a unique kiosk for everyone to savour.

• The Dubai Mall: Every regular meal came with a free kids’ meal, allowing the whole family to enjoy ZwZ together.

Paul has more than 8 years of rich experience in learning & development in hotel industries.

Prior to joining Cravia, he has worked in UAE for large and complex organizations; Radisson Royal Hotel as Training Coordinator, Tamani Hotel Marina as Training Coordinator, and his last employment with Somewhere Hotels as Cluster Training Officer.

Paul has successfully completed his Bachelor Degree of Hotel & Restaurant Management from Philippines.

PAUL DENZ ROXAS (LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT OFFICER)

Mireille has more than 7 years of rich experience in the Management field.

Prior to joining Cravia, she has worked in Lebanon for a large and complex organization; International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, as Admin Assistant, Disaster Management Assistant and her last position with same company was as a Regional Disaster Management Officer.

Mireille has successfully completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Master’s Degree in Finance from Lebanon.

MIREILLE CHARARA (CRM SPECIALIST)

Maria Lourdes has more than 12 years of rich experience in Human Resources field.

Prior to joining Cravia, she has worked in UAE for large and complex organizations; Transguard Group LLC as HR In-Country Recruitment Assistant, Jumbo Electronics Company LTD as HR Assistant, Al Ghurair Retail LLC as HR Officer and her last employment with Bright Spark Auto Repairing LLC as an HR Administrator.

Maria has successfully completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Major in Management from Philippines.
