The meeting was called to order at7:02 p.m. by Chair Grudem.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.The following resolutions were ap-
proved:1. To adopt the agenda as presented
with the addition of New Business, L.MSBA Delegate Assembly NominationAction.
2. To accept the low bid from Feils Oilfor $1.097 per gallon for LP gas in the2013-14 school year.
3. To adopt a resolution relating toincreasing the general education rev-enue of the school district and calling an
election thereon with a $350 per pupilunit increase. After further discussion,Mr. Hinrichs amended the motion to$350 per pupil unit for ten years withthe election hours running from 7:00a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Novem-ber 5, 2013.
4. To adopt the consent agenda, in-cluding payment of bills.
