Establish three to six Desired Objectives for and/or with the
client and share them with Solstice Coaching & Consulting.
Solstice Coaching & Consulting representative will meet or
teleconference with client to orient him/herto the formal coaching
process and assign a coach.
Client can meet informally with recommended coachto ensure
compatibility.
Two hour Intake session followed by three: 40-45 minute
sessions per month for 8-12 months.
Self-report Coaching Impact questionnaires will be completedby
each client pre-coaching and at months four and eight and (if
applicable month 12).
At the request of the HR Generalist (case manager) or a
supervisor of the client, a teleconferencebetween the above, the
client, and the coach can be scheduled.
Completion.As the client and coach feel complete in their
progress toward established objectives, the coaching process will
naturally complete.

According to the ICF (International Coach Federation) contents
of coaching sessions must be kept confidential.SCC coaches cannot
not discuss the nature or contents of these sessions.The client
can, however.We also strive to be discrete with the identities of
our clients as well.
