BACKGROUNDSIn this modern era, the development of many infrastucture to support the human beings are

unavoidable, they growing fast everywhere. Population growing, various human needs is also increasing, such as food, housing, lighting, and transportation, electricity, and other activities.

To support those daily activities, people need natural resources. We must be aware if these resources are limited, and if such resources become rare, it will make people's lives become difficult.

So many activities are damage the environment and could threaten the natural resources. The activities are not consider about the environmental factors and reducing green space area. Because of that, the production of carbon dioxide (CO2) gas which is the main cause of global warming becomes more and more. Nowadays we can feel the effects of global warming like climate change, the average temperature and sea water are rising. So, it will affect the human beings, such as the presence of a wide variety of health problems in humans, and the occurrence of natural disasters.

If this is not taken seriously, the impact of global warming and limitation of natural resources will be more serious, and of course there will be many problems in human being. Therefore a solution is needed to reduce these impacts. One of the things that can be done is by providing a small settlement areas which are environmental friendly, green, and energy efficient.

The settlement is built with the concept of green. This settlement use an environmentall friendly energy to helps and to fulfill the user's activity. People in the settlement areas also expected to be a person with a Green lifestyle or environmental friendly lifestyle. This lifestyle is assumed to reduce energy waste in order to avoid and reduce the impact of global warming.

Natural resources become more limited. we ought to treat it well. In this settlement area, human activity assisted with low-energy equipment. Users can fulfill their daily needs. In addition to save energy, it also saves costs.
