- Polyamide with enhanced biodegradability: a special polyamide that biodegrades in about 5 years, compared to several decades needed for a standard polyamide

- Combined with Wool and Cotton: materials of animal origin that biodegrade quickly

Modal Tencel™ Viscose from cotton linter

Viscose used in these fabrics is totally respecting plants and forests: It is not sourced from wood pulp of uncontrolled forests, but it rather comes from cotton linter, the waste of cotton plant after the harvest. A recycling process, GRS pending.

Better Cotton Initiative Supima CottonSupima® cotton is a premium rare cotton fiber representing only 1% of cotton harvested in the world. It is cultivated exclusively in USA by more than 500 family farmers Different and superior from any other cotton thanks to its extra-long staples (+50% compared to traditional cotton) that means natural softness|flexibility|resistance|durability|exceptional color retention.

Supima® cotton is traceable: every plant fiber contains a unique profile from where it was grown and is never removed through wearing and washing. This technology guarantees the detection of this unique molecular profile and certifies exactly where the cotton comes from, right down to the individual farm where it was grown.

Il Cotone Supima® è un raro cotone pregiato che rappresenta solo l’1% di tutto il cotone coltivato nel mondo. Proviene esclusivamente dagli USA ed è coltivato da oltre 500 agricoltori. Il cotone Supima® è tracciabile: Ogni pianta contiene un unico profilo che indica dove è stata coltivata.
