TRAINING PROCESS -
Meticulous attention is devoted towards training and

the competence of the middle level managers in
leadership, managerial and soft skills, we conduct an
internal course called the ‘Management Development
Program’. Before joining, intensive training is given to
our People by qualified instructors, where the roles and
responsibilities are clearly explained and they are
prepared for their new assignment. This includes:
