2.Bids must be accompanied with cost of Tender document in shape^of demand draft in favour of Executive Engineer, R&B Division Sopore (tender inviting authority ) and Earnest money /Bid security in shape of CDR/FDR pledged to Executive Engi-neer, R&B Division Sopore .(Tender receiving authority)

3.The date and time of opening of Bids shall be notified on web Site www.jketenders.gov.in and conveyed to the bidders au-tomatically through an e-mail message on their e-mail address. The bids of Responsive bidders shall be opened online on same web site in the office of the Executive Engineer, R&B Division Sopore (Tender receiving authority).

4.The bids for the work shall remain valid for a period of 120 days from the date of opening of bids 5.The earnest money shall be forfeited if:-a. Any bidder/ tenderer withdraws his bid/ tender during the period of bid validity or makes any Modifications in , the

terms and conditions of the bid.b. Failure of Successful bidder to furnish the required performance security within the specified time limit.c. Failure of Successful bidder to execute the agreement within 28 days after fixation of contract6. instruction to bidders regarding e-tendering process.6.1 Bidders are advised to download bid submission manual from the "Downloads" option as well as from "Bidders

Applications on plain paper are invited from the permanent Residents of J&K State, possessing the prescribed qualification and experience, (who are not in-service), for engagement on "Academic Arrangement basis" against the following category of posts in the Disciplines (shown against each) of Government Medical College, Srinagar, initially for a period of one year under SRO 384 of 2009 Dated. 14-12-2009, read with SRO 409 of 2013 Dated. 19-08-2013, which shall be extendable upto maximum for a period of six years (one year at a time subject to better performance and conduct) or fill the posts are filled up by the competent authority on regular basis in accordance with the J&K Medical Education (Gazetted) Recruitment Rules 1979, read with SRO. 425 of 2012 Dated. 26-12- 2012, whichever is earlier: -

2. Forensic Medicine

Professor (1) M.D. in (Forensic Medicine) M.D.Pathology): M.D (path and Bact):PHD D.Sc: Speciality Board of Pathol-ogy (USA) M.R.C. Path. (UK) with (03) years teaching experience as Associate Professor in the Gov-ernment Medical College, Srinagar/Jammu as the case may be with minimum of (04) Research Publications indexed in Medicus/National Journals as first author as Associate Professor and Assistant Professor.

3 Pharmacol-ogy :

Professor (3) i For Medical persons:-PG degree in Pharmacology i.e. M.D., Ph.D., D.Sc.ii . For non-Medical persons:-Ph.D. in Pharmacology. with - (03) years teaching experience as Associate Professor in the Government Medical College, Srinagar/Jammu as the case may be with minimum of (04) Research Publications indexed in Medicus/National Journals as first author as Associate Professor and Assistant Professor (in respect of both Medical/Non Medical persons)/

4. Physiology Professor (3) i, For Medical persons:- PG degree in Physiology i.e. M.D., Ph.D.; D.Sc. ii.
