board has rich multimedia functions including TFT display, CTP, MMS,64 polyphonies, multimedia

playback, FM, stereo earphone , Bluetooth , Wifi , Dual mic，GPS, and USB connection, support

motion sensor, ALS/PS sensor, dual camera,micro SD ,dual SIM card, MIPI LCD, Capacitive Touch

3. Description about Circuit

Block Diagram of Operating Principle

The system architecture of 2BW041 is illustrated in Figure 2-1:

Based on MTK platform design, 2BW041 is mainly composed of Baseband,RF ,PMU, IO, and other

modules.

Featuring a quad core ARM® Cortex-A53 based kernel, MT6735 baseband module features

across-the-aboard peripheral interfaces and achieves seamless integration of audio frequency, SIM

card, T Flash card, Keyboard and other peripheral equipments. The storage structure of 2BW041 is

composed of DDR,EMMC flash and T-Flash.

RF module adopt MT6169 as transceiver (2G/3G/4G) , improved the performance of RF feature

and saved much more place of motherboard. and adopt RF3233 as 2G PA with antenna switch,

ACPM-5401-TR1、ACPM-5408-TR1B as 3G PA.

LCM adopts ,5.5” 1280(RGB)×720,16Mcolor LTPS TFT LCD module with Independent series

backlight driver IC.

Human-Interface composed of Multipoint Capacitive Touch Panel with 3 touch key, Sidekey(Powerkey



and Volume key).

Main board has rich function modules including FM,Bluetooth,WIFI,GPS,motion sensor, proximity

sensor,

Ambient light sensor,dual camera with flash Led.

5. Z630_Flash_Tool guide

5.1 Install the driver

1) Driver package

2) Unzip the driver package, please refer to the following installation steps:





5.2 Download the software

Download tool



1) Afte Unzip SP_Flash_Tool_exe_Windows_v5.1504.00.000 the package，

Double click on the flash_tool.exe To run the program.

2) To run the program for the first time, will appear below, select "OK" to

continue.

3) Enter the “Download” the interface.



4) Choose DA file

Software running, DA file location has been specified, if need to specify the

DA files,in the SP_Flash_Tool_exe_Windows_v5.1504.00.000 the package

to choose the MTK_AllInOne_DA.bin file.

5) Select Scatter file

In Z410 choose the corresponding version of the software package

“MT6735_Android_Scatter. TXT” file.



6) choose “Firmware Upgrade” of Download the way.

7) Choose whether to retain the original user data download

A． If don't need to retain the original user data, then keep the download

option selected √in all.



B． If you want to retain the original user data，cancel “userdata” item

√State， At this time will automatically Download way to Download

Only.

8) Click "Downlaod" button, connect mobile phone and computer with usb data

cable, phone was turned off.

9) Start download.



10) The download is complete, disconnect the phone and computer connection.

Note:

A. before the end of the download process, if you want to terminate the download,

please press the "Stop" button.



B. Download the use is limited to the tool maintenance "Download" function, to

disable the "Format" function.

6. SD card download guide

1)Copy the” ZIP” files to the root directory of SD card, put SD card into its

slot. Be sure have space enough in SD which is twice of space of “ZIP”

files at least, or maybe download failure.

2)Under the status of power-off.

First ,At the same time, the long press the volume up key +Power key, fifth

seconds when the first shock, tenth seconds after the second shock, are released.

Second,Press the volume down button immediately, until entry the mode

recovery mode (third seconds when the shock, then you can release the key).



3) press volume-down key to select “apply update from sdcard” and

press power key to confirm or go on upgrading ,

4) Then select the SW files , press power key to go on upgrading .then

select “reboot system now” to finish the update.



5) Complete download.

Common causes of failure to upgrade:

C. Use wrong files to upgrade, for example, use others models software.

Measures: use correct files.

D. When copy original files from computer to SD card, anti-virus software maybe

break some internal files or SD card is defective, lead to upgrade package

copied be different from the original package (use tool for contrasting or

contrast md5 can recognise , verifying files failure in the process of upgrading

lead to upgrade failure.

Measures: delete the software package in the SD card, recopy again to try or

change another SD card, copy original package again to retry.

7. Root integrity check guide

7.1 Background

Mobile phone in the customer's hands are download problem, after-sales

servicer how to judge whether mobile phone has been downloaded?



Download the way：fastboot,ota,sdcard upgrade ,flash tool…

Through root integrity check function can quickly detect the phone have been

downloaded.

7.2 Workflow

7.2.1 enter" recovery mode"

Methods such as SD card download guide the second step of the operation.

7.2.2 Choose root integrity check

Press volume_down to select “root integrity check”.press power key device will

check.



7.2.3 How to judge the check result

1）If The system files and bootimage file with the initial values are exactly the

same,then the device will display system check success!!

2) The following conditions can be detected

The system document is different from initial value(or increment or

decrease or modification)

The bootimage is different from the initial value



8. Writing SN NO.

1.Run “write barcode 22.exe”.( Under WIN7, the first run “XP 直接双

击 win7 第一次使用右键管理员身份运行.bat”)



2.Set mobile phone into factory mode by pressing power key and

volume down key at the same time, and connect mobile phone and

PC using USB cable.

3.Input 22-bit barcode in the blank, as shown in picture below.



4.Input 22-bit barcode in the blank, and press “enter”, then green

“pass” will be displayed on the interface after seconds, means

success!

9. Assemble and Disassemble

9.2 Disassembly steps

9.2.1 Disassembly the battery cover and batter

1）The battery cover of dig a hand is here, The following diagram is the marking. Insert

plastic bar or the Nail into the gap of housings at dig a hand, and slip along the housing

carefully to open all hooks between the battery cover and the rear housing .



2)Take out the battery.

9.2.2 Disassembly the rear housing

1）Unscrew the ten screws. Nine Black screws, one white screws. As shown in the following

figure.



2) Insert plastic bar into the gap of housings , and slip along the housing carefully to open

all hooks between rear housing and front housing .



3) Take out the power key and the volume key.

9.2.3 Disassembly the RF board and SPK.

1) take away the cable connector from the RF board. Take off the RF board .



2)take out the SPK, take away the connector from the USB board.

9.2.4 Disassembly the main board.

1) Using the tweezers to separate the power key and volume key from the frong housing.



2）Using the tweezers to separate the USB board FPC from the connector.

First ，Tear off the mylar on the connector..

Second，pry the The cover of the connector.

Final, to separate the USB board FPC from the connector.

Is shown as diagram below.

3）Using the tweezers to separate the TP FPC from the connector.

First ，Tear off the mylar on the connector.

Second，pry the The cover of the connector.

Third, to separate the TP FPC from the PCB.

Final, to separate the TP FPC from the connector.

Is shown as diagram below.



4）Using the tweezers to separate the main CAM and the Sub CAM.



5) Using the tweezers to separate the main board at two Card buckles on the front housing.

6) Tear off the mylar on the connector of the LCM, and to pry the the cover of the connector,

to separate the LCM FPC from the connector.

7) Tear off the mylar on the connector of the volume and power key, and to pry the the

cover of the connector, to separate the volume and power key FPC from the connector.



8) take away the cable connector from the main board.

9.2.5 Disassembly the Receiver and Rubber_PS and Film_Dffuse_Light_LED

1) Take out the REC.

2)Take out the rubber PS ,take out the film_dffuse_light_LED .



9.2.6 Disassembly the label

1)Using the tweezers to separate the main label and sub label, as shown in below Figure.

2)Using the tweezers to separate the Second layer label paper, as shown in below Figure.



9.2.7 Disassembly the Sub board

First,Using the tweezers to separate the FPC of Sub board. Second, ,Using the tweezers to

separate the Sub board.

9.2.8 Disassembly the RF cable

Using the tweezers to separate the RF cable from the front housing.

Disassembly steps are complete.



9.3 Assembly steps

Assembly step is the opposite of disassembly step.

9.3.1 Assembly the RF cable

Assembly the RF cable.

9.3.2 Assembly the RF board

First assembly the RF board under the hook on the front housing. Sencond assembly the

RF cable.



9.3.3 Assembly the Sub board

First assembly the Sub board under the hook on the front housing. Sencond assembly the

FPC of the Sub board, Maintain alignment with FH alignment holes.

9.3.4 Assembly the SPK

Assembly the SPK.

9.3.5 Assembly the FH

Assembly the film_dffuse_light_LED、the REC and Rubber_PS.



9.3.6 Assembly the main board

1)Assembly the power key FPC、LCM FPC、RF cable.



2)Assembly the Sub board FPC、TP FPC、Main Cam and Sub Cam.



9.3.7 Assembly the label

Assembly the main label and Sub label.

9.3.8 Assembly the rear housing

1)Assembly the power key and volume key.

2)Assembly the rear housing, assembly the top of the rear housing and press all the



hooks in turn.

3)Assembly the ten screws.



9.3.9 Assembly the battery and batter cover

1)Assembly the battery.

2)Assembly the batter cover. Assembly first the top of the battery cover and press all the

hooks in turn.



Assembly complete.



10. Test ways and steps

10.1 Put card to switch on

A.Insert SIM card and T-flash card into mobile phone.

B.Press power-on key, wait the mobile phone power on.

10.2 Switch on to establish

Is long press switch on key to switch on,Press diagram to show, carry

on switching on to establish.



10.3 Calling test

A. Click “dial” key, and dial 112 to check whether out-calling is ok or not, check

whether the voice from Receiver is clear or not;

B. Click SPK icon, check whether the voice from SPK is clear or not;



10.4 CIT 1 test

A. Input “*#889#” to enter CIT test, select “Machine test” to enter next menu, and

select “Machine auto test”.

B. Check whether software version, SN No., CIT test flag is ok or not, if OK and click

“success” to enter Memory test.

C. Check whether Memory card 1 and Memory card 2 have, check whether SIM1 and

SIM2 is ok or not, if OK.click “success” to enter next test.



10.5 Camera test

First, front camera , can preview the image face the front camera, click

“success” to go next.

Second, main camera Preview mode, can preview the image face the

main camera, click “success” to go next.



10.6 Flash light test

A t the time the light will be on. The flash light can order bright, is then

fine goods.

10.7 Sleep/wake up test

Enter the interface, press the power key to sleep, then press again to

wake up.then click “success” to go next.



10.8 LCD test

When enter it ,the lcd will change as the below pictures in turn.after that

go next test.

10.9 Current brightness test

Drag along a bright degree adjustment button, loosen to open, the bright

degree will change(drag along the left side of the screen the screen is dark,

dragging along the right side of the screen the screen is bright), is fine

goods.



10.10 Vibrator and LED test

Vibrator works and LED indictor flashes alternately red and green, which

means vibrator and LED test OK, and click “success” button to enter next

test.



10.11 TP test

Draw lines with finger followed by the interface prompt, LCD displays ”TP

test pass”, which means TP test OK, and click “确定” button to enter next

text.

10.12 receiver loop back testing

when enter it , you speak to the MIC, and you will hear the voice from the

receiver,then click “success” to go next.



10.13 Key testing

Please press the volume up ,volume down,earphone ,menu,back,home

keys in turn,then the corresponding key will get green. Then click “” to go
