3. Description about Circuit
Block Diagram of Operating Principle
The system architecture of 2BW041 is illustrated in Figure 2-1:

Based on MTK platform design, 2BW041 is mainly composed of Baseband,RF ,PMU, IO, and other
modules.
Featuring a quad core ARM® Cortex-A53 based kernel, MT6735 baseband module features
across-the-aboard peripheral interfaces and achieves seamless integration of audio frequency, SIM
card, T Flash card, Keyboard and other peripheral equipments. The storage structure of 2BW041 is
composed of DDR,EMMC flash and T-Flash.
RF module adopt MT6169 as transceiver (2G/3G/4G) , improved the performance of RF feature
and saved much more place of motherboard. and adopt RF3233 as 2G PA with antenna switch,
ACPM-5401-TR1、ACPM-5408-TR1B as 3G PA.
LCM adopts ,5.5” 1280(RGB)×720,16Mcolor LTPS TFT LCD module with Independent series
backlight driver IC.
Human-Interface composed of Multipoint Capacitive Touch Panel with 3 touch key, Sidekey(Powerkey

1) Afte Unzip SP_Flash_Tool_exe_Windows_v5.1504.00.000 the package,
Double click on the flash_tool.exe To run the program.
2) To run the program for the first time, will appear below, select "OK" to
continue.
3) Enter the “Download” the interface.

Software running, DA file location has been specified, if need to specify the
DA files,in the SP_Flash_Tool_exe_Windows_v5.1504.00.000 the package
to choose the MTK_AllInOne_DA.bin file.
5) Select Scatter file
In Z410 choose the corresponding version of the software package
“MT6735_Android_Scatter. TXT” file.

6) choose “Firmware Upgrade” of Download the way.
7) Choose whether to retain the original user data download
A. If don't need to retain the original user data, then keep the download
option selected √in all.

√State, At this time will automatically Download way to Download

8) Click "Downlaod" button, connect mobile phone and computer with usb data
cable, phone was turned off.

B. Download the use is limited to the tool maintenance "Download" function, to
disable the "Format" function.
6. SD card download guide
1)Copy the” ZIP” files to the root directory of SD card, put SD card into its
slot. Be sure have space enough in SD which is twice of space of “ZIP”
files at least, or maybe download failure.
2)Under the status of power-off.
First ,At the same time, the long press the volume up key +Power key, fifth
seconds when the first shock, tenth seconds after the second shock, are released.
Second,Press the volume down button immediately, until entry the mode
recovery mode (third seconds when the shock, then you can release the key).

3) press volume-down key to select “apply update from sdcard” and
press power key to confirm or go on upgrading ,
4) Then select the SW files , press power key to go on upgrading .then
select “reboot system now” to finish the update.

5) Complete download.
Common causes of failure to upgrade:
C. Use wrong files to upgrade, for example, use others models software.
Measures: use correct files.
D. When copy original files from computer to SD card, anti-virus software maybe
break some internal files or SD card is defective, lead to upgrade package
copied be different from the original package (use tool for contrasting or
contrast md5 can recognise , verifying files failure in the process of upgrading
lead to upgrade failure.
Measures: delete the software package in the SD card, recopy again to try or
change another SD card, copy original package again to retry.
7. Root integrity check guide
7.1 Background

plastic bar or the Nail into the gap of housings at dig a hand, and slip along the housing
carefully to open all hooks between the battery cover and the rear housing .

1)Unscrew the ten screws. Nine Black screws, one white screws. As shown in the following

all hooks between rear housing and front housing .

A. Input “*#889#” to enter CIT test, select “Machine test” to enter next menu, and
