COSTS Conversion Costs (one time start up)

State Setup = $10.00Local Setup = $5.00 (per Local) Record Charge = $.06 (per raw/input) Dupe / Conversion = $350.00 (Flat Fee) Exceptions handled manually = $100/hourSpecial Conversions = $125/hour

COSTS (CONTINUED) Annual Maintenance Costs:

Annual Maintenance = $.01/per active & inactive members within the body

Billed Annually (January 1st) to Grand Recorder / Secretary of body

Following conversion it will be prorated for the months remaining in that year.
