BKBKTehsil Mankera: Thesil Mankera is one of four administrative units of District Bhakkar(BK). Mankera is further divided in to 7 union councils (administrative units). There are 108 villages and total population is 170,000.

What they have: There is only one intermediate (till 12th garde) school and only 12 high schools offering education till 10th grade with some primary schools offering education till 5th grade. Health and transportation facilities are very rare.

ICTICTInformation & Communication Technology: The Plan was to train at least 5 youth representatives from each union council in using internet ,networking and communicating there problems and suggesting solutions through it.

Y4DCY4DCYouth for Development Centers: So far there are 108 male Y4DC’s and 108 female Y4DC’s and 7 union council level Y4DC’s. Each center has working body of 10 trained people.

Isolated Groups: The youth and the majority of the people were not aware of the power of community-networking and were very passive about their role in community.
