I looked at the style of the bands Sean named as being his musical and stylistic influences to gather an idea of a style to the video. I looked at current video’s by Bjork, Radiohead, Placebo and Madonna.

I looked at the Radiohead ‘ No surprises’ I think the way Tom Yorke is portrayed in this video would work well with Sean, I like how the video only focuses on only Tom Yorke, I think this eerie style would work well with Sean making the link between how his voice being the main focus in his music, I think this could be represented a similar way to how Tom Yorke in Is represented in ‘No surprises’.

Brian Molko I think Sean has certain

stylistic similarities to the lead singer of Placebo, Sean said Brain Molko was one of his biggest influences, I think using Brian Molko as a stylistic influence for Sean’s video would create a true representation.

This is the Placebo ‘Special Needs’ video I like the dramatic lighting and the use of live performance in the video I think this could be applied to our music video.

BjorkI looked at ‘All is love’ by Bjork I like the strong sense of emotion in the video I think it is important to capture a true sense of the artists emotion, similar to Spike Jonze music videos.

I also research Bjork’s unusual fashion, I think her look links well with her alternative music, I think the way Bjork’s appearance Is linked with her music is important I think it is important to use a consistent style and is a good way to market the band.
