Conclusion

• Traditional agricultural practices should provide a lever for youth in agribusiness

• Youth in agriculture can be sustained through mechanisation and innovative approach

• Improvement in agricultural production efficiencies will transform rural market and prepares rural society for modernisation and development

• Government and private sectors alike have vital responsibilities in increasing agricultural productivity and economic returns

• Banks are poised to collaborate in strengthening youth in agriculture and rural development
