Leading the charge in the Radius kitchen is Executive Chef Leigh Colville whose paddock to plate philosophy is reflected in the menu.

He provides guests with a true taste of Marysville and the local Yarra Valley region, which in turn helps to support local producers while reducing transport emissions.

Radius also offers a beer, wine and spirit list that showcases the best that the region has to offer. We endeavour to source produce that supports local businesses and is sustainable.

Signature menus are based on provincial recipes and include seasonal ingredients to a menu specifically for your event.
