Our challenge
- Youtravel was processing 20mio transactions a day with static infrastructure, 166 VMs designed for peak
loads
- Unable to sign new customers due to the cost of infrastructure
- Consistent issues with poor response times leading to customer disconnections and ultimately loss of sales
- Daily, weekly & seasonal trends, transactions double at night, Jan-Mar sees transactions at their peak
- Transaction response times have sub-second SLAs
