Expert knowledge at your dispossal.Our experienced engineering teams design and validate all our products under the strictest quality standards at our own advanced laboratories. We provide leading edge technologies including tribology and surface engineering, FEA and simulations, polymer developments, specialised lubrication and coatings.

Complete engineering loop and testing.Our capabilities in R&D go from CAD Solid design and Analytical and Virtual modelling to empirical testing and field validation. The numerous in-house test benches also allow us to offer these capabilities to our Tier-1 and OEM customers.

Mechanical Drives:• NKE bearings cover 10kW to 3MW applications.

• Industrial gearbox and wind turbines gearbox.

Electrical Drives: • NKE develops bearings for all kinds of electrical machinery, such as electric motors, traction motors for rail vehicles or wind turbines, among others.

Fluid Technology:• We offer a full range of standard and special bearings for high-performance pumps intended for various industries (petrochemical, food, etc.).

Agri-Industry:• We are official suppliers for leading brands of agricultural equipment such as Lemken, John Deere, NAF and Valtra.

• Vans: Fersa provides most bearings for automatic gearboxes in Vans.

• Pick-ups: Widest range of TRBs for differential applications for the pick-up segment.

COMMERCIAL VEHICLES

We design and develop together with our customers bearings for American, Asian and European commercial vehicles. We are specialized in transmission and wheel units for some of the most demanding applications.

Fersa also offers a wide range of bearings for light and medium duty vehicles. We supply to leading American and Chinese OE manufacturers of vans and pick-up.

• Truck: We provide original equipment and repair parts for major brands, such as Mercedes Benz, Volvo, DAF, Freightliner and Kenworth, among others.

• Trailer: Fersa bearings cover 90% of trailer applications for major European brands.

• Bus: Fersa provides complete solutions for buses that help to reduce the maintenance out-time. Thanks to our effectiveness, we are providers of the main Public Bus fleets in South America.
