Boston Properties will host its annual Tenant Earthquake Preparedness Training on Wednesday, April

9th at the Embarcadero Conference Center. Learn how critical the first 72 hours after an earthquake are. Building services like electricity, gas, water and telephones may not be available. In addition,

public safety services such as the police and the fire department will be busy handling serious crises. You must be prepared to be self-sufficient for at least three days following a large earthquake. To help you prepare join us for one of two sessions, 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Email invitation to follow. Boston Properties annually schedules Tenant Warden Training and Relocation Drills. These manda-tory drills are to provide familiarity with the building’s life safety systems, emergency exit routes and relocation/evacuation procedures. For additional information, call the Management Office at

Lani Kunioka-Volz is the newest addition to the Embarcadero Confer-

ence Center as the Event and Meeting Coordinator. Lani received her BA in Environmental Studies with a minor in Urban Agriculture from the University of San Francisco. She was born and raised in Hawaii on the island of Kauai. In her free time Lani loves to be outdoors, she especially enjoys hiking and stand up paddle boarding.
