HOW DO I RESCHEDULE MY CLASSES? It is very simple for you to reschedule your classes if you miss a class or a particular date does not work for you. To do so, log in to your classroom account online via the asreb.com website and your schedule will appear. Choose from the available drop down options and pick a session that fits your schedule (refer to page 2 of this booklet.)

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN VARIOUS CLASSES ARE BEING TAUGHT?

A quick reference of courses for your review is available on pages 5 through 7 of this booklet. You can take the same class for review purposes as many times as you like within a 6 month period. This is called “re-sit” a class (there are many options for make-up classes.)

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M LATE FOR CLASS OR IF I NEED TO MISS A CLASS?

The Arizona Department of Real Estate has certain schedule guidelines that we are required to follow for your real estate education. According to the Department, you can not be late. If you are late, you will not be able to obtain credit for that class and will be required to reschedule for another class time for credit.

WHAT IF I DON’T SEE MY ATTENDANCE UPDATED?

Our staff will manually enter your attendance at the end of each school day. Your account will be updated accordingly within 24 business hours. If your attendance does not appear after that time, please see our front desk at any of our campus sites.

WHAT IF I LOSE MY REPLACEMENT HANDOUTS GIVEN OUT BEFORE CLASS?

Replacement handouts can purchased for an additional cost. Prior to purchase, we will verify your attendance for that sessions paperwork you are looking to replace.

WHEN AND HOW DO I SCHEDULE MY SCHOOL EXAM?

When you log into your online account, your schedule will appear. Choose the location, date and time from the available drop down menu. You will want to schedule your school exam when you are near completion of all of your courses.

HOW DO I GET MY SCHOOL EXAM GRADE?

School exam scores are posted within 2 hours after the end time of the school exam session. Please log into your online account to view your exam score.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I FAIL THE SCHOOL EXAM?

If you do not pass your school exam after the first try, no problem. We make it easy - just log into your online account and reschedule for another available date. We also have exam prep tools and courses that you may want to take prior to your next exam.

DO I HAVE TO TAKE BOOTCAMP BEFORE TAKING THE STATE EXAM?

No. Contract Writing/Bootcamp is not needed to take the state exam. However, it is needed to apply for your license. Many of our students take this course after they pass the state exam.

HOW AND WHEN DO I SCHEDULE THE STATE EXAM?

Once you pass the school exam, we will email you to pick up your paperwork at the campus where you started your program. You can schedule your state exam once you obtain your passing paperwork. You will receive a code that will allow you to register for the state exam.

STUDY TIPS

GET A GOOD NIGHT’S SLEEP Forget all-night studying, there are countless studies that point to a good night’s sleep to test taking success. Sleep deprivation can last a few days, so plan ahead. Get your rest and eat a healthy diet on exam day.

STUDY AT THE SAME TIME EACH DAY

Try to study during periods of optimal brain function (usually between 6-8pm.)

DON’T CHANGE YOUR ANSWER

Trust your instincts. Sometimes second guessing yourself will lead to the wrong answer.

ELIMINATE AS MANY ANSWERS AS POSSIBLE

Process of elimination can help lead you to the correct answer.

READ ALL OF THE ANSWERS

Even if you know the correct answer, read each question/answer thoroughly.

FUNNY RESPONSES ARE USUALLY WRONG

The longest response is often correct. A response that repeats key words in the answer is also likely to be correct.

USE SCRATCH PAPER FOR STUDY EXAMS

Don’t mark up your practice exam booklets and retest yourself often after each course.

REVIEW YOUR NOTES

It may be helpful to convert your notes into a Word document or some other program for ease of reference. Organizing your notes can make it easier to focus on certain subject areas requiring further attention.

RHONDA HARKINMay 2015

I greatly appreciated the flexibility in class scheduling as well the

availability to attend at any time/for any class. Combined with the course materials, outlines, student guides, etc., I felt confident that I would do well on my school and state exams,

and I did!

JESSICA SEDEIApril 2015

I definitely picked the right school! ASREB was great! Everyone was

extremely knowledgeable, friendly and genuine. They help set you up to succeed. All of the teachers made sure you knew and understood what you were learning. I also really like the flexible schedule(s)

and being able to take the classes at their other locations. It was great!

PAUL SANTOSMay 2015

ASREB allowed me to fully customize a schedule around my full-time job and still get the prerequisite classroom hours in less than 4-weeks. The instructors were consummate

professionals in the classroom and they had impressive backgrounds in real estate. The classroom environment was perfect combination of instruction and student

participation. The fact that I passed the exams the first time is a credit to the high quality of

education I received from ASREB.
