Firstly, thank you very much for your enquiry and for the opportunity to put forward a proposal for your Moana
Marketing - Train the Trainer Event in November 2020. We are pleased to confirm that we currently have
availability for your upcoming event and we look forward to discussing the details with you when you’re ready.
We’ve given special thought to your proposal and would like to highlight the tailored incentives we would be able
to offer you and your group if you choose to plan your event with us

Based upon this proposal, you are also eligible to earn up to 11,200 points on your IHG Business Rewards.

ACCOMMODATION COLLECTION
The resort’s 251 rooms and suites are beautifully appointed having undergone a recent refresh and are all set
against a backdrop of picturesque fountains, lush gardens, marina, golf course and a spectacular one acre beach
lagoon pool. Our accommodation options include an array of various room types including Garden View,
Lagoon View, Club Marina View, Queenslander Suite, Homestead Suite and two stunning presidential suites;
the Federation and Manor Suite. Interconnecting rooms are also available upon request.
For the ultimate resort experience, enjoy our Club InterContinental located within The Great House. With
magnificent views overlooking the resort, the lounge takes relaxation to a new level and ensures a private retreat
perfect for conducting business or simply for relaxation. Indulge with breakfast inclusion, twilight drinks and
canapes along with personalised service.
COMMISSION
Moana Marketing will invoice InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort for the 10% commission on the
materialised accommodation bookings made. Payment will be made after the full payment of the Master account
is received.
Commission does not extend to;
Daily contracted rate for the event including day delegate conference packages, function room hires,
contracted meals, beverage packages and ancillary charges to delegate accounts
Any breakfast component included in the accommodation rate.
Third party costs on-charged by the Hotel to the Conference Organiser
NB: In the event that a third party is being used to sign this contract, the Resort requires a signed letter from the
Client to confirm that the third party is acting on their behalf.
PROPOSAL VALIDITY - Valid for 14 days from the date of issue
Please note that the proposed accommodation and function room(s) are not being held for your event at the time
of proposal submission. Should you wish to proceed with a booking, a written request is required upon which a
contract outlining your event details, deposit schedule and terms and conditions will be forwarded.
All rates provided are in accordance with the event specifications outlined in this proposal. Should your event
specifications change, rates may also vary.
RATES & TAXES
All rates quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). Please note
that any increase in existing taxes will be in addition to that stated herein and will be the responsibility of the
purchaser and charged accordingly.

Getting to the Resort
The Resort is ideally located less than an hour from both Brisbane Airport and Gold Coast Airport (Coolangatta)
on the northern end of the Gold Coast. For seamless arrival into the Resort, InterContinental Sanctuary Cove
Resort can organise chauffeured cars and shuttle services who can transfer you to and from the airport, and may
be booked through Concierge.
