An HRSG Unit for Every Application Vogt Power provides the most constructible HRSG unit for every customer’s site-specific application. Our modular designs reduce overall erection costs, and installations are scheduled so that they can help save customers time and money. The level of pre-fabrication can be varied depending on the size of the HRSG, transport alternatives to the job site, labor cost and availability. Four Designs to Meet Our Customers’ Needs 1. MSG — Module Steam Generators Designed specifically for HRSGs behind gas turbines between 20 and 70MW that allow for a single gas path width. 2. Enhances Constructability SMART (ECS) For HRSGs where transport and weight limitations allow for highest level of pre-fabrication. The main steel support structure is integrated and pre-fabricated with the boxes in a design that is the ultimate in constructability. 3. The SMART-Box Semi-Modular Accelerated delivery Reduced cost Top supported (SMART) is used when shipping constraints prevent the use of the ECS design. Our SMART-Box design is highly pre-assembled: modules, casing, interconnecting piping, and some of the structural steel are all contained in each module box. 4. Bundle Design Comes largely pre-assembled allowing the erector to start setting the structure and casing prior to the arrival of pressure parts.
