Summary In late 2006 I had the opportunity to join a team supporting IT operational processes and tools. Incident
Management and Problem Management was the main focus of my responsibility, which also included
technical Second Line support, reporting, education, information and various data administration tasks.
In my most recent assignment, Business Solution Leader, I was responsible for our case management
system, with an even stronger focus on maintaining the relationship between the processes and the case
management system.
The most valuable part of my experience in this area is the understanding of how different technical support
areas affect the customer and the delivered service(s).
My goal for the future is to work with Technical Second/Third line Support within the UNIX/Linux area. I also
have a strong interest in the software development area with basic knowledge of several different

Personal details I live with my husband and 7 years old daughter. She is just about to start her first year in school, which will be a challenge in many ways. Having a house is really a challenge too, but I enjoy gardening quite a lot. There is nothing like a colorful garden waking up in early spring, changing colors during the summer, and still having colors when autumn is around the corner. For exercise, I usually play golf and I have an official HCP of 30 which needs to be improved, so there´s a goal which suites me perfect. I have something ahead of me to achieve but I am not really a competitive person, in that way.
