New Vision Plan ProviderBeginning in 2022, Commvault’s Vision Plan will be provided through UnitedHealthcare (UHC). You’ll continue to have access to a broad network of vision providers with the same vision coverage you have today. In addition, the plan will have a higher frame allowance of $150. Best of all, there are no increases to your vision plan paycheck contributions. See how the new UHC Vision Plan pays benefits on page 8.

New EAP through OptumAs part of our commitment to support your mental wellbeing, Commvault is implementing an all new Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider through Optum. Our new EAP will provide 24/7/365 access to specialists for short-term support delivered in-person, virtually, or by telephone.

Support is available for a wide variety of issues, including:

• Relationship Support

• Anger Management

• Anxiety

• Depression

• Grief and Bereavement Counseling

• Interpersonal Relationships/Conflict

• Domestic Violence

• Goal Setting and Values Clarification

• Impact of Legal and Financial Issues

• Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder

You’ll get up to three free sessions per issue and it’s always confidential.

Also included through the EAP is access to WorkLife specialists who can help provide support and resources for your entire family. You can get help with more than 100 types of services in five categories: childcare, adult and elder care, support for living with a chronic condition, life learning, and home and leisure services.

What’s New for 2022While our benefits are remaining the same for 2022, we are excited to introduce some enhancements to our existing plans as well as some new ones. Along with our benefits remaining the same, contributions for medical and dental are also remaining the same for 2022 and vision contributions are decreasing. Good news all around!

Virtual Mental Health ResourcesWithout leaving the comfort of your home, take advantage of our virtual mental health resources through the Sanvello mobile app and virtual therapy through Talkspace. Learn more on page 5.

New Value-Added BenefitsWe are further expanding our Value-Added Benefits to offer you greater opportunities for financial protection. These plans are employee paid and enrollment is optional.

Pet Insurance Many of us have adopted new furry family members during the COVID-19 pandemic. Protect yourself from the potential high expenses of pet care in the event your furry baby gets sick or injured. 2022 HSA Contribution LimitsIn 2022, if you enroll in the Choice Plus Savings Plan, you’ll be able to contribute the following amounts to your HSA:

• $3,650 for employee-only coverage• $7,300 for all other levels of coverage

Employees age 55 or older can make catch-up contributions of up to $1,000 over the 2022 limit.

Spotlight on Emotional Wellness ResourcesEmotional wellness is one dimension that contributes to your holistic health. It includes attributes like resilience, or the process of adapting well in the face of adversity, trauma, tragedy, threats, or significant sources of stress. Your emotional wellness can be affected by situations like balancing work and life, managing relationships, experiencing financial difficulties, and even taking care of a chronic health condition.

EAPAs a Commvault employee, you and members of your household can receive up to three counseling sessions with the EAP, at no cost to you. Counselors are highly trained, master’s and doctoral level clinicians who can help you confront your mental health condition and find treatment. After your three free sessions, they can refer you to additional resources, including in-person counseling, based on your emotional and financial needs.

Virtual Therapy with Talkspace With Talkspace, help is just a text away. When you enroll in Talkspace, you’ll have access to a licensed therapist via video chat or text messages. Talkspace provides you with a list of therapists based on their online matching tool to connect you with the best match for your needs. When you’re matched with a licensed therapist, you can message them 24/7. You can get messages back throughout the day, five days a week, and choose real-time face-to-face video visits by appointment, when needed.

Talkspace is available to all Commvault employees. However, if you’re enrolled in a Commvault medical plan, Talkspace will be treated as an in-network provider.

SanvelloThe Sanvello app can help you manage anxiety, depression, and stress using mindfulness techniques and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Sanvello provides you self-care strategies, peer support, coaching, and therapy to build the right support network for you. Best of all, these resources are available through an easy, convenient app so you can use them on your terms and whichever format works best for you.

Download the Sanvello app today and get started. If you’re enrolled in a Commvault medical plan, you will have access to the premium membership at no cost to you.

Face-to-Face Sessions through Your Medical PlanDepending upon your situation or personal preference, it may be valuable to speak with a mental health professional in-person to manage your condition. If you’re enrolled in a Commvault medical plan, your plan covers behavioral health visits with a therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, and other appropriate behavioral health professionals, so you can access the type of care that will work best for you. And your Commvault plan will cover medically necessary prescription drugs to help you manage your condition. Plan cost sharing provisions will apply.

It’s Time to EnrollOpen Enrollment is November 1 – 12, 2021This is your opportunity to update your Commvault benefits for 2022! We’re introducing new benefits and programs to provide more complete care for you, so be sure to review what’s new before making your enrollment decisions.

If you don’t take action during Open Enrollment, all of your benefit elections will carry over to 2022, except for your FSA and/or HSA elections. If you wish to contribute to these accounts, you must make an election during Open Enrollment.
