• Severe shortage of teachers(many students under the guidance of one teacher)

• A typical Indian school focuses on completing the curriculum and is not structured to provide help to low grade students

• Teacher is in a dilemma whether to concentrate on the children who have basic skills or on the children who don’t know the essential things(reading a paragraph ,addition etc) and is severely suffering as she is unable to do justice for anyone

Proportion of the girls out of school has increased especially among girls in the age group of 11-14

• Yoga and meditation classes should be made as a part of curriculum for personality development

• Practical Labs should be encouraged from lower standard itself

• Teacher-student ratio should be increased
