1) Introduction :

Young Socks Ltd. is a private Limited company, which has started its commercial production end July in 2006.

2) Product & Market :

We have been producing all kinds of plain; terry, socks & kids tights containing any design and pattern and been exporting to Europe, USA & Canada. We are specialized for kids socks & tights. Our range of products are socks as follows :

1. Any kind of jacquard plan & terry socks

2. Anti Bacteria

3. Diabetic Socks

4. Anti slip Socks

5. Knee Socks

6. Ankle Socks

7. Felt Socks

8. Kids Tights




3) Machineries :

100% computerized machinery are being used to produce socks & kids tights.

a) Knitting Machine: We have 75pcs single cylinder drum less knitting machine imported Sangiacomo from Italy & Nagata from Japan ranging from 96 to 168 needles.

i. It has the advantage to create or amend any pattern during production time in the machine monitor without going to the design computer.

ii. For setting the quality of the socks it has three step motors used consequently for cylinder adjustment, stitch cam adjustment and heel cam adjustment.

iii. It has electronic sensors for yarn control say yarn breakage, uncut yarn.

b) Linking machine : We have three Linking machine imported from conti-Italy.

c) Boarding Machine: We have two 100% automatic Boarding machine for excellent

finishing of the socks with steam chamber imported from Tecnopea-Italy.

d) Metal Detector Machine: Young Socks Ltd. Has introduced lock systems which is a metal detector for checking broken metal parts by passing each and every socks after knitting and linking through conveyor belt of metal detector. The UK origin machine is most modern and high sensitivity which can able to detect 1mm

diameter of metal parts by ringing buzzer during detection process.




4) Human resources :

To meet buyers requirements, skill, experience, & technical employees have been

appointed in the factory and office

b) Number of semiskilled labor = 60

c) Number of Unskilled labor = 20

We accomplish this by taking greater responsibility for all products through strict quality assurance and internal communication. We have also a quality team to meet the quality according to the standard of the buyers.

6) Raw material : Raw materials are being imported from Taiwan, Korea.

SOCKS - 4,00,000 Pair monthly.
