How to organise & run a YLN…

Not a one size fits all!! However, key points are common throughout:

•Ask don’t assume

•Outsource – get advice

•The availability of funding…

“a rainy-day fund”

•Communication

•Regular calendar & something to look forward to

What activities can YLN do?

The young people must be empowered in the decision making.

Should reflect a range of interests:

•Get-together with food

•Comedy gigs

•Adventurous activities

•Challenge Plus Events

•International Development

•Limited only by imagination…
