ABOUT AUTHOR Louise Hay (born October 8, 1926) is an American
motivational author and the founder of Hay House, she has authored several New thought self-help books, including the book, You Can Heal Your Life .
It all started more than 30 years ago when Louise saw how people let illness and hurtful circumstances control their lives.
She vowed to help them see that the root of their pain stemmed from their own negative thoughts.
So, she sat down and wrote a little blue pamphlet where she described how our mental patterns and beliefs can actually contribute to illness in our body.
She even listed various medical conditions, explained what thoughts correlated with them.

OUR BELIEVES IN OUR LIFE Which we think become the
truth in our life and the whole universe totally supports us.
The universe never judge or criticizes us its just our inner feeling.
The innermost belief for everyone is “I’m not Good Enough!”
All Disease of this comes only from a state of Unforgiveness.
So now learn how to LOVE OURSELF and APPROVE OURSELVES EXACTLY AS WE ARE.

EXERCISES TO REMOVE IT
WHERE DOSE IT COME FROM Now its time to examine our past a bit more
to take look at some of the belief that have been running us
Limiting belief I am not good enough – parents repeatedly
told him / her was stupid Lack of self love Life is dangerous - A frightened thought Exercises – Negative message from your
parents / relatives / teachers / friends and remove it from your unconscious mind bcoz it gives you a feeling of you r not good enough.
IS IT TRUE Examine your thoughts as from which
side you see it is not one way to look at it.
Its only a belief you learn as child Looks both ways before your cross the
street Don't trust / talk to strangers / There is
not enough People cheat you / world is frightening
place / nobody loves me
If you believe it, it seems true.
WHAT WE DO KNOW Make a decision to be "Willing to
change" We must change inside Go look in mirror and say to your self – "
I am willing to change" Notice how do you feel If your resistant or hesitant or just don't
want to change, ask your self why? Please don't scold your self •
" I willing to release all resistance"
RESISTANCE TO CHANGE We often assume things about others to
justify our resistance so we make statement such as:
It wouldn't do any good anyway My husband or wife won't understand Only crazy people do like this They couldn't help me with my problem They couldn't handle my anger My case is different Nobody else dose it ……
HOW TO CHANGE“Now think of belief that won't allow you to
change” Exercises – Releasing the need: Do this with partner or seeing your self in mirror Think for a moment about something in your life
you want to change "I now realize that I have created this condition
and now I am willing to release the pattern in my consciousness that is responsible for this condition" say it several time with feeling
The thought you are thinking & the word you are declaring at this moment are creating your future
CONTD…. Your mind is a tool you can choose to use any
way you wish Controlling the mind – Do not think your mind
is in control. You are in control of your mind. Learn to control your mind by the conscious choice of thoughts, you aligned your self with this power.
Exercises – Relaxation Say to your self – I am willing to let go
Release all the tension / fear / anger / guilt / sadness / old limitation / I am safe Think for a moment about something in your life you want to change

The body always talk to us. If we will only take time listen.
