External urine drainage tool is easy to use and safe to drain the urine on the client.

Action needs urine elimination was performed on clients who are not able to meet the needs of independent elimination of urine in the toilets. This do by using three ways of using the potty (reservoirs), catheters (tubes), and condoms.

a. Client preparation1) Saying hello therapeutic.2) Introduce yourself.3) Explain to the client and family about the procedure and purpose of the action to be implemented.4) The explanation given to understand the client / family.

Put a blanket over the upper body and lower extremities with the lid bath blanket so that only the exposed genitaliaf. Clean the genitalia with soap and water, dry thoroughly

g. Prepare a urine drainage bag in order to wear it to bed.

h. With non-dominant hand hold the penis with a strong client along the stems. With the dominant hand, hold the bag of condoms on the tip of the penis and gently attach to the tip of the penis

i. Save 2.5 to 5 cm space between the glands penis and the condom

j. Wrap shaft of the penis with elastic adhesive.

k. Connect the drainage tube at the end of the condom catheterl. Position the client in a safe positionm. Patients returned timmingn. Timming tool againo. Washing hands
