Anxiety is a general feeling for several disorders that causes nervousness, fear, uneasiness, and some time even panic.

Causes

• Frequent cough, especially at night

• Shortness of breath

• Feeling tired and weak while exercising

• Feeling trouble in sleeping

• Feeling Cold very often

• Prone to allergies (cough, congestion, headache, runny nose, sneezing)

• Chest tightness

Problems Caused due to Anxiety:

Heart Disease: Stress can directly hit your heart by increasing heart rate and blood

circulation that may increase cholesterol level into blood stream.

Diabetes: Stress may increase diabetes level by two ways; first due to increase the glucose

levels; second due to likelihood of bad eating.

Obesity: Due to unhealthy eating, excess fat can make you obese soon.

Headache: Stress is one of the most common reasons of regular headache. Stress

decreases the ability to be calm and still.

etc.

• Keep your house clean and place your daily belongings properly.

• Always pay attention to conversation that is interesting and meaningful

• Don’t spend your time on thinking about how you feel otherwise anxiety will take over.
