Los edificios ubicados en el sector, son casi en su totalidad de fachadas planas, con una canaleta superior horizontal y otra vertical que lleva el agua de la lluvia directamente a las veredas.
Si se creara un circuito por toda la fachada, es decir, que se involucrara a cada piso y que posteriormente el agua que sobra llegara a las plantaciones de la vereda, se estaría aprovechando en un 100% su consumo, disminuyendo el desperdicio y dándole un uso más óptimo.
