If the participant is not yet on YETI contact the New Leaf Programme Team with the participants’ details to have a record created (please ensure you only supply the NI number and name, any additional personally identifiable information would be considered a breach of data protection). The participant will then be visible in the dashboard. Once the participant is visible it is possible to upload the eligibility documentation by editing the file. Click on the edit icon.

Enter the date the document was signed and in the description of the document, in this case the Annex H. Using the browse button select the file to upload and then click the upload button.

If upload has worked then it will state successful. Click back into the history screen to see the uploaded document.

Once all the history records are created the Participant History screen will have the 3 history records created on it.

Once all history records are logged a 1-2-1 history will need to be completed for the session where you signed them up. This is the same process as above except the notes box needs to be completed with details. Therefore for this 1-2-1 it would state initial sign up session.

Once all histories have been logged click on the House icon to return to the screen containing your dashboards. The participant has moved from ‘My Allocations’ to ‘My Caseload’. Here it will state that all the documentation has been uploaded. This will remain with this status until the evidence has been checked by the New Leaf Programme Team. (This can take up to 2 working days).

Once it has been checked by the New Leaf Programme Team the status will change for each individual history record. If rejected go back into the history record and read the notes which have been entered by the Programme Team as to why it has been rejected.

Once the correction has been made re-upload the documentation. The New Leaf Programme Team will then approve the document showing as rejected and the status will change to ‘Accepted’.
