Location:

The Bragg Property is just north of Terry, Montana along paved road #253. Miles City is to the west about 40 miles and Billings about 185 miles. Terry is the county seat of Prairie County (formed in 1915).

Ranch Size:

There are 697 + deeded acres rated at 76 aums plus an adja- cent BLM grazing permit (about 1,000 acres) rated at 168 aums with a use period from May 15 to October 29.

Sources of water on the ranch include the Yellowstone River, well, reservoir, and seasonal creek.

Comments:

This is an Eastern Montana property located along about 2 miles of the Yellowstone River with some areas skirted with Cottonwoods. The Yellowstone is known for a variety of fishing. There are a few excellent building sites on the prop- erty with beautiful river views.
