Enclosed please find a copy of the Tax Calculations and Classification Options for F'ISC81 2020. The City wiU utifize a levy of approximately $90,265,398. Subject to adoption by the Council using a Residential Factor of .8160 at a shift of 1.8312, this will result in a Residential Tax Rate of $19.99 per thousand of valuation and a Commercial, Industrial and Personal Property Tax Rate of $39.96.

AMENDING THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PITTSFIELD CHAPTER 13, ARTICLE V, REMOVING THE NO PARKING REGULATION ON A PORTION
OF SOUTH CHURCH STREET Ordered:
SECTION 1: That in accordance with the provisions of the City of Pittsfield, Chapter 13, Motor Vehicles and Traffic, Article V, Stopping, Standing and Parking Generally, Sec. 13-51 Parking prohibited in specified ways, as amended by Traffic Order No. 10, approved October 30, 1967, as amended, establishing ways and parts of ways on which parking is prohibited, and further amended by Traffic Orders 108, 126 and 138, be and is hereby further amended by striking out the following:
SOUTH CHURCH STREET: South Side: Between Center Street and a point two hundred fifty (250) feet West
of Center Street; Between a point two hundred ninety (290) feet West of Center Street and Hurlbut Street.
North Side: Between Center Street and Hurlbut Street
SECTION2: That this order shall take effect upon approval by the City Council of the City of Pittsfield, seven days after publication by the City Clerk and upon elimination of existing signage.

AN ORDER
AMENDING THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PITTSFIELD CHAPTER 13, ARTICLE V, REMOVING THE TAXICAB STAND ON THE SOUTHERLY SIDE
SOUTH CHURCH STREET Ordered:
SECTION 1: That in accordance with the provisions of the City of Pittsfield, Chapter 13, Motor Vehicles and Traffic, Article V, Stopping, Standing and Parking Generally, Sec. 13-63, as amended by Traffic Order No. 127, approved October 14, 1970, be and is hereby amended by eliminating the taxicab stand herein described:
SOUTH CHURCH STREET: South Side: Beginning at a point two hundred and fifty (250) feet West of Center
Street and extending Westerly therefrom a distance of forty (40) feet.
SECTION2: That this order shall take effect upon approval by the City Council of the City of Pittsfield, seven days after publication by the City Clerk and upon elimination of existing signage.
