YEAR 6 KOREAN Language Learning From Home: Week 9 - 11 This timetable outlines the teaching and learning program for the remainder of Term 1 for Korean language class. Students in year 6 have been learning Korean from the beginning of week 3 this term. Students have been learning about traditional Korean houses and practicing writing sentences to describe parts of a house. This book pack will continue to revise the vocabulary we have been learning this term. At school, students have 2 hours language lessons per week. When learning from home, students are to complete 2 worksheets each week. They could complete one worksheet on the day they normally would have language class. For example, your child might have language class on Monday and Tuesday so they would complete one worksheet on Monday and another on Tuesday. - Please see the suggested timetable for worksheets to be completed each week. - At the end of the booklet are worksheets for extensions task if the student wishes to complete. - Page 1 to 3 is where you can find basic vocabulary students could revise. Students will refer to this for answers to some extension worksheets. - Other activities are available for parents to extend students’ learning.
