A

Challenge

This is a really simple Kindness Challenge. This week you are going to be a RESPECT DETECTIVE and see what you can find out.

Watch your family members as they go about their day, making drinks or tidying up. As you watch them see what kind things

they say or do. Try to remember as many as you can. Later in the day, maybe when you sit down to eat lunch, tell your family

what you have seen. “I saw _____ tidy up some plates and cups earlier, even though they hadn’t made the mess.

Physical HAVE A GO AT SPORTS DAY! IT’S CALLED THE SOCK OLYMPICS!

Your results don’t need to be handed in until 10.07.2020. Details are on our website

I think the one leg sock challenge is a good one to have a go at. You will be

able to improve if you practise this one and you will have a lot of fun having a go!

Reflection When you sit down to have a snack today turn off all electronic devices

and find somewhere quiet to sit, away from other people. As you eat,

eat slowly (one piece of orange at a time – don’t just stuff it all in at once).

Try to relax at you eat, don’t think about what you will do next. Once you

have finished eating quietly you will feel calmer, happier and ready to have a good day.

Time to

talk

Words are very powerful. Try your best to say kind words during your day.

Remembering to say “Please,” and “Thank you,” is a good place to start.

Watch how people react to you. I bet you will be surprised happy this makes people.

If you would like to show your teacher any of your home learning, please take photos and send via

Purple Mash using 2email or email to [email protected]
