Welcome to our Virtual Sports Week 2020!
As some of you are back at school and others remain at home, we
have created a format that allows for participation both from home
and at school. Activities will take place all week and you will have until
Friday to complete your challenges.
PE – Sports Week!
It’s time for your physical challenges. Each of them should last for 60 seconds,
so make sure you have your timer or stopwatch ready. You can try them once
and see how well you’ve done or even better – try them every day for a week to
see how much you’ve improved and what your Personal Best is. When completed
write your score on the scoresheet or make your own one if you want.
