Required Standards for Artwork

DIGITAL:• Acceptable photo formats are: EPS, TIF, JPEG

• Ensure all images are 300 dpi and CMYK format (not

RGB)

• We are not responsible for outcome from suplied files in

RGB, Pantone colour or any images that are under 300

dpi and must be converted to CMYK for Print.

• 72 dpi images or images pulled from websites are NOT

acceptable.

• Postscript fonts must have both screen and printer font

files.

• Graphics should be saved as EPS files. Include all Files.

Accepted by DateTERMS:First time advertisers: Payment due in full upon order. Repeat or contractual advertisers will be invoiced the start of each production cycle. Payment will be due prior to each print date . Accounts are considered delinquent after 30 days from the invoice date. A 1.5% service and handling charge with a minimum service charge of $5.00 monthly applies to delinquent accounts. Cancellations after the ad deadline date will be billed at 100% of the ad rate.PUBLISHERS POLICY:The advertiser agrees to indemnify the Publisher of/or against any liability, loss or expense as a result of claims or suits based on advertisement content or editorial content provided by the advertisers. Publisher reserves the right to reject any advertising or any advertiser, judged on suitability for the magazine, and any money received at the time for contract will be immediately refunded. It is the responsibility of the advertisers to sign off on an ad proof. The Publisher shall not be liable for slight changes or typographical errors. Any damages shall be limited to the cost of the advertisement, or the portion of the ad that is in error at the sole discretion of the Publisher. I have read this agreement and do understand that this is a binding contract. Ad proofs must be approved within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to return a signed approval within the allotted time constitutes the advertiser’s approval. A signed ad approval constitutes a valid contractual instrument. Any reproduction of advertisements and design content in whole or in part without the written consent of the publisher is strictly prohibited.CREDIT AGREEMENT:Advertiser verifies that the above information is true and correct and authorizes any person to release information to YC Communications. Advertiser agrees to pay attorney’s fees and collection costs incurred in the collection of any delinquent account. Advertiser also agrees to pay for any and all advertising placed under its accounts, whether authorized by the customer or any person on his behalf. All changes in the ownership or management of the Advertiser also agrees to pay for any and all advertising placed under its accounts, whether authorized by the Advertiser or any person on his behalf. All changes in the ownership or management of the customer and any matter concerning the extension of credit or payment of a debt must be communicated to the Publisher in writing and not only to any representative of the Sales Department. The Advertiser further agrees that should it be necessary for YC Communications to institute any legal proceedings for the collection of any balance due under this account, they agree to pay a reasonable attorney’s fee to be fixed by the court therein and all costs of suit.
